Our founder Su-Mae joined Cheryl Goh on CNA 938's The Wellness Hour — a conversation on skin, hormones, and what wellness truly means.

Drawing from her own experience with hormonal acne, Su-Mae reflected on how skincare can so easily become a source of frustration when we're chasing perfection or following what's trending. Her perspective today is simpler — healthy skin isn't defined by how it looks, but by how it feels. Comfortable, balanced, and supported. Texture, pores, and the occasional breakout included.

The conversation went beyond skin too, touching on motherhood, entrepreneurship, and how wellness doesn't always look the same. Sometimes it's ten quiet minutes. Sometimes it's a walk for ice cream. And that's okay.

There's no perfect formula — for skin or for life. Both begin with understanding what you need, and allowing that to change with you. 🤍

If you missed it, the full recording is linked here — it's a listen we think you'll love and resonate with.

Thank you Cheryl Goh and CNA 938 for such a meaningful conversation.
