Shipping and Delivery

We are able to ship worldwide with the exception of Indonesia. 

If you wish to have our products shipped to Indonesia, please make a purchase from https://www.hdistore.com/. 

 

We're pleased to offer free shipping, with minimum spend, to the following countries:

Singapore - free for orders S$50 (nett) and above

Malaysia - free for all orders

Philippines - free for orders Php5000 and above, a flat rate of Php100 for orders below Php5000

Other Asia countries, Australia and New Zealand - free for orders S$250 (nett) and above

Europe, United Kingdom, United States and Canada  - free for orders S$300 (nett) and above

For other countries, shipping is possible but do note that shipping charge is at least S$60.

In general, shipping fees will be calculated upon checkout and depend on your shipping address as well as the total weight of your order. Our system will calculate the shipping fees for you before you confirm and make payment for your order. For international shipping, customer is responsible for applicable customs fees, taxes, or duties associated with your order. Shipping fees do not cover these charges.

For Singapore orders, a flat rate of S$5 will be charged for orders below S$50 (nett).

Surcharge of S$10 applies for *restricted areas and S$30 for Jurong Island. Do note this surcharge will still be applied even if the minimum spend for free shipping is reached.

*Restricted areas in Singapore include Sentosa, selected Universities, Polytechnics, F1 Restricted Area, Hospitals, Outlaying areas (postal code starting with 69,70,71), Airports, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Shipyards, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints.

On weekends and Singapore's public holidays, we are not operational. Upon receiving your order, we will pack and ship your products within 2 working days.

For deliveries within Singapore, you should receive them within 3 working days.

If you're in Malaysia or Philippines, you'll receive a notification informing you about your delivery details so you can track your pacel and monitor delivery.

For international orders, you will receive an email within 2 working days with a tracking number so you can track your parcel and monitor delivery. The speed of delivery will depend on your shipping address and the customs clearance in your country. 

 

In view of the escalating COVID-19 pandemic, self-collection is currently not available. For your safety and that of our team, please opt for contactless delivery. 

Returns & Exchanges

BSKIN products are manufactured in the most stringent conditions at our Korean laboratories. However, in the rare chance that you wish to return or exchange your BSKIN product, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days from the date of purchase and we will assist you with the process. Please note that BSKIN beauty devices are not eligible for returns or exchanges*.

You'll be required to return the unopened and unused product with proof of purchase, and we will provide an exchange or refund you the full amount of your purchase, excluding shipping charges and any discounts applied. If you redeemed any BSKIN points when purchasing the item, we will reinstate those points. However, any BSKIN points earned from purchasing the item will be deducted. Any form of BSKIN coupons, discount codes or promotional codes used on the returned product will not be returned or refunded.

Exchanges are limited to the same item only. 

Please note that you'll be responsible for return shipping charges. We highly recommend that you use a traceable delivery service when shipping the product. We will not be able to make any refund if we do not receive the return product. 

Products must have been purchased directly from www.bskin.com. We cannot process requests for returns or exchanges for BSKIN products purchased on other platforms, centres or outlets.

Warranty Registration for ELVi Pro Device

The ELVi Pro is covered by a ONE (1) YEAR warranty from the original date of purchase against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials. If you discover a defect within the warranty period, BSKIN will replace or repair the device free of charge.

However, if the device is being found to be submerged in water or gotten wet, the warranty will be void.

This warranty covers working parts that affect the ELVi Pro’s function. It does NOT cover deterioration caused by fair wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or disassemble the ELVi Pro (or its accessories) will void the warranty.

For international orders, please register your warranty at https://www.bskin.com/warranty-registration. Please retain your original purchase receipt. To claim your warranty, please contact our Customer Service at . You will be sent a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and full instructions on how to return your ELVi Pro to your nearest BSKIN office. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Any purchase made by PayPal and credit card will be refunded to the original PayPal account and credit card. If the original credit card account has expired or been cancelled, we cannot issue a refund (no exceptions). We are not responsible for any charges/fees assessed by your banking institution.

If multiple orders for the Flawless Skin Challenge Trial Kit exist in one household, only the first order may qualify for a refund within the 15 days time frame. This guarantee is only valid for one purchase per customer only.

All BSKIN products are formulated and manufactured in Korea.

We have indicated suitability for the various skin types on each product listing. We’re always happy to provide no-obligation skin consultation to help you find products that would work best for you.

We do not test any of our products on animals. We also have a commitment from our factories that they too will not use any ingredients in our BSKIN formulations that have been tested on animals.

Our products are not vegan as almost all of them contain bee actives. However, we do harvest all our bee ingredients sustainably to ensure our bees are always kept happy.

Yes, it does. Each batch of talc that goes into our Flawless Finish Perfecting Loose Powder is tested to ascertain it is free from asbestos contamination and 100% safe for your skin before we commence production.

Our products are all formulated using the highest quality natural ingredients. They’re also free from harmful ingredients and chemical preservatives such as phenoxyethanol and parabens. So yes, they are absolutely suitable for nursing mothers and mothers-to-be!

However, for your peace of mind, we would still recommend you go through the full ingredients list of each product which you can find on our individual product listings or get clearance from your obgyn.

All our products have a minimum of one and a half years before expiry. Once you’ve opened our products, do take note that there are limits on how long you should continue using them. Look for the little open jar symbol on our product label, which should have a number and an “M” on it. For example, a symbol with “12M” on it means you should dispose of the product 12 months after you’ve opened it.
