ONE SHADE WASN'T ENOUGH

This has been our best-selling product for years and we used to only carry one shade, Cool Ivory. Although this product was never meant to be a foundation, I came to realise that we needed another shade to cater to those of us with warmer skin tones. It's not about an exact colour match, it's about the undertone and finish that lets you look put together without looking like you're wearing any makeup.

Which shade should I pick if I'm not sure?

Start with how your skin responds to sun rather than how it looks under indoor lighting — that's usually the more honest signal. If you tend to burn or stay fair even with sun exposure, Cool Ivory is likely your match. If you tan easily or your skin has warm, golden or deeper undertones, Warm Honey will sit more naturally. I'm in between the two shades. What do I do?

Both shades are made to suit a wide range of skin tones! Some people mix a touch of both for their in-between seasons, while most simply pick based on the finish they prefer — Cool Ivory leans brighter, Warm Honey settles in more true-to-skin. Neither is "more correct." If you're still unsure after the quiz, go with the shade closest to your natural undertone rather than your desired glow.

Does it oxidise or change colour after application?

The skin tint applies different depending on your skin's undertone and can shift very slightly as it meets your skin's natural oils, usually within the first few minutes of application. However, it is not designed to darken dramatically over the day the way some foundations do.

How is this different from a foundation?

It's built to be skincare first — SPF50+/PA+++, hydrating actives, barrier support — with sheer, buildable coverage layered on top, not the other way around. Think of it as evening out your tone and calming redness rather than creating a fully opaque base.

How long does it last through the day, and does it need reapplying?

Most of customers find that the Skin Tint holds up throughout the day in heat and humidity with no reapplication needed. However, like any SPF, we'd recommend reapplying every couple of hours if you're out in direct sun for extended periods for optimal sun protection.

Is this suitable for sensitive, acne-prone skin or breastfeeding, pregnant women?

Our products are all formulated using the highest quality natural ingredients. They’re also free from harmful ingredients and chemical preservatives such as phenoxyethanol and parabens. So yes, they are absolutely suitable for nursing mothers and mothers-to-be!
